(DDT) Group, Dancin' Doug's Discount Travel, Incorporated, Dancin' Doug LLC, DDT, or Douglas J. Colon, hereafter referred to as the "Tour Operator," and its affiliated entities and their employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, neither own nor operate any person or entity that provides goods or services for these trips or tours. Because the Tour Operator does not maintain control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, the Tour Operator assumes no responsibility for, and cannot be held liable for, any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity that may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the tour suppliers or other employees or agents; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned, operated, or otherwise controlled by any of these suppliers; or (3) any wrongful, willful, or negligent act or omission on the part of any other party not under the supervision or control of the Operator. Although Treazure Escape Adventure Travel LLC works under the host IATA number of DDT Contracting Services, Inc., the client and agency agree not to hold DDT-CSI responsible for any failures or problems arising from the trip booking.

Treazure Escape Adventure Travel LLC, along with DDT, will not be responsible for any accidents involving bodily injury or death, property damage, charges of libel, slander, arrest, detention, or imprisonment incurred while traveling during an event sponsored and/or booked by Dancin' Doug Travel. By submitting this form, you agree not to hold Dancin' Doug Travel (or any other DDT entity) responsible for any errors or omissions relating to this event. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance during your travels. Please contact us via email at mv@treazuretravel.com or by phone at (313) 585-2891 for more information on our travel insurance plans.

Treazure Escape Adventure Travel LLC offers travel insurance for all trips. We highly recommend that you purchase this coverage, even if not with us. Please indicate whether you accept or decline insurance. We cannot book you without your response.

3. Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, there are always situations and factors that may arise causing you to cancel your trip. Treazure Escape Adventure Travel always recommends that you purchase travel insurance (even if it's not through us) to safeguard your trip and secure your investment. We use different vendors for different trips. Treazure Escape Adventure Travel uses a universal cancellation policy. There are usually fees and penalties involved with canceling. Treazure Escape Adventure Travel will assess those fees and penalties according to the particular contract or trip you are on when resolving your cancellation request.

Here is our Cancellation Policy:

  • 300 days or more prior to arrival: No Penalty
  • 300–240 days prior to arrival: 25% Penalty
  • 240–180 days prior to arrival: 50% Penalty
  • 180–150 days prior to arrival: 75% Penalty
  • 150–120 days prior to arrival: 100% Penalty

There is a standard Treazure Escape Adventure Travel administrative fee of $100 per person, added onto all hotel fees and cancellations.

Treazure Escape Adventure Travel uses a payment schedule ("Layaway Plan") to help facilitate the payments and expenses of the trip. The Treazure Escape Adventure Travel Layaway payment schedule noted for each trip must be strictly followed in order to guarantee the package rate in effect when your deposit is made. The client agrees to be responsible for the layaway amount due at the time of cancellation. Failure to follow the established payment schedule may result in changes or increases to your package rate. Payment of your deposit confirms your acceptance of this policy. All rates are effective as of today and are subject to change until a deposit is received.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: mv@treazuretravel.com

Trip Protection (Recommended)

We strongly recommend purchasing trip protection for your travel.

4. Important Registration Notice

When completing your registration, you must enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport. This includes your full first, middle, and last name, along with any suffixes (Jr., Sr., III, etc.).

If your registration does not match your passport, you may be charged a name change fee by us or by the vendor. We do not alter or verify entries — we copy and paste exactly what you submit, so accuracy is your responsibility. Double-check your passport information before submitting your registration. Do not use shortcuts or nicknames.

5. Reservation Policy

The registration form alone does not secure your spot for a trip. Your spot is reserved only after we receive both your completed registration and required deposit:

  • Completed registration
  • Required deposit

No deposit = no reservation.

If you have registered but have not submitted your deposit, your spot may still be at risk of being taken. Please submit your deposit as soon as possible.

6. Group Harmony

To ensure the desired group synergy, Treazure Escape Adventure Travel reserves the right to accept, reject, or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs, leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternative travel plans to return home, will be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.

7. Layaway Plan (Monthly Payment Plan)

Treazure Travel uses a layaway plan to afford clients the flexibility of paying for their trips over time. You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself unable to make a payment, please send an email to mv@treazuretravel.com to advise us of the situation. If you fail to make payments for 60 days without any communication to us, you may forfeit your payment.

After 90 days, your account will be placed in inactive status, and you will lose your spot and deposit. Each trip has different vendors, and vendors must be paid on time. No refunds or transfers to another trip.
