All costs are based on room occupancy configuration. If your roommate fails to pay or cancels their reservation, you will be responsible for finding a new roommate, or you may have to pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change, such as changing to single occupancy.

Unfortunately, no. Treazure Escape Adventure Travel uses different vendors for different destinations. Each vendor has its own system, rules, contracts, and accounting methods.

Each vendor handles its own payments. This means you cannot move money from one trip to another, transfer a balance between vendors, or give or transfer your deposit to another person.

Once funds are paid to a vendor, they remain in that vendor’s system, and we cannot retrieve or transfer those funds for you.
